At FRANSCHA we empower our clients to build relationships online using social media networks. In other words, we create new business opportunities with you and grow your sales pipeline.

We are looking for new coaches: Your LINKEDIN know-how is more important to us than your  coaching experiences.

Can you answer the following questions with yes?

• Do you feel at home on LinkedIn  and do you master  the four pillars of the social selling index?
• Do you have experiences as a trainer  or want to work as a COACH in a B2B environment?
• Do you speak both German and  English fluently?
• Do you work on a freelance basis and appreciate working remotely?

YOUR TASKS

You will be one of our coaches for our FUTURE WORK ACADEMY in which we offer certified social selling courses to tech companies: You will train goal-driven and ambitious sales and marketing professionals who seek to impact their professional career with hands-on social selling skills to produce business results.

 

OUR REQUIREMENTS

☑ You are a social media pro on LinkedIn and have expertise in this field or in B2B Marketing.
☑ You have experiences as a coach or you feel ready to quickly learn and apply the skills of a coach.
☑ You speak ENGLISH and GERMAN fluently.
☑ You work on a FREELANCE basis and want to work REMOTELY. OUR ONBOARDING: COACH THE COACH Our head coach

 

Franziska Schaadt will prepare you for your role as a coach in the Future Work Academy. We have a defined onboarding process, making sure you get started by practicing and receiving feedback asap.  And the most important thing about FRANSCHA: You are not measured by your tasks and position, but by your strengths, talents. and values.
