She expresses her sense of adventure and willingness to take risk by travelling the world meanwhile scaling the team and expanding the business model. Franziska shares her knowledge and expertise either in interactive webinars, in-house company workshops or inspiring keynote speeches. In addition, the topic of female entrepreneurship is very important to her and she shares her life and work experience with her mentees and advises start-ups. As an early bird, she rises early when most people are still asleep to meditate. She keeps her mind clear and energy level high by practising and teaching yoga.

Karin is known for her structured way of working – nothing is forgotten or left lying around. She has a solution for every problem. Her keen eye for detail makes her an excellent personal assistant. No spelling error remains undetected, no accounting transaction without a receipt. Also, she brings along work experience in corporate structures and has a creative streak. Karin is Franziska's personal assistant and supports the whole team in project management, administration and data protection. In order to balance the daily work routine, she works out at Capoeira, goes swimming, or travels around the world. Team FRANSCHA is already feverishly awaiting the next meetings to enjoy further Capoeira lessons.
Social Media Manager & Project Manager Assistant
She started as a working student and now she’s here to stay. Julia is passionate about Social Media and Marketing. At FRANSCHA she combines both: Thanks to her expertise, she develops social media strategies that inspire our community day after day. In the team we call her the strategist because she loves building castles in the air: once she lets her ideas float, there is no way back and anything seems possible.
Social Media Assistant
With her passion for social media, Cynthia supports and assists the team in research and content creation. She keeps our network up to date with informative and entertaining content. Thanks to her creative ideas she is the perfect sparring partner for Julia. Cynthia excels in time management: she is not only a dedicated student in business administration but also supports the team with research and content creation in her role as our social media assistant.
Social Media Assistant & Project Manager Assistant
Lisa is passionate about project management, social media and people. She supports us in the fields of content creation as well as events and project coordination. With her optimistic personality, she always tries to find new ideas and gives new input. Lisa loves being outdoors - especially in the mountains - while there is no challenge that is big enough. She is a motivated student in international business and we are happy to have her on the team as social media and project management assistant.
Belinda lives for the start-up world as she enjoys taking on lots of responsibility and being part of something exciting. She is always looking to see where her next adventure will take her. In her past adventures she has lived and worked in Germany, South Korea, the United States, the Netherlands and the UK. She is trilingual in English, German and Hungarian.
Having recently started her own watch label to gain more hands on experience in managing multiple aspects of a business, she undoubtedly has an entrepreneurial mindset. In her free time, she can be found exploring the Scottish Highlands with her dog Helga or in front of a stove trying out new recipes from countries around the world. She is excited to take on this new challenge with FRANSCHA and will add new insights to the team.
Technical Support & Automation
Mitchell is an experienced entrepreneur, he has a wide range of knowledge about online businesses and how to structure them. He started working with Franziska right at the beginning of FRANSCHA. What started out as a website already over 3 years ago, has turned into a new way of bringing knowledge across online using interactive online courses where participants immediately implement and test new skills. The technical vision for FRANSCHA is to continue to grow lean, finding new ways to connect people and knowledge using the internet.
I am passionate about telling audiovisual stories. Documenting and expanding the reach of innovative ideas and unique stories is what defines my career and motivation.
For me, the best way to start a morning at work is with a cup of coffee and my two dogs beside my desk.
I have 12 years of experience working in the editorial, advertising, and digital market for agencies and brands as a creative director, photographer, and filmmaker.
I was honored to be awarded nationally and internationally by institutions such as National Geographic, Lens Culture, Ellesse Sport, and The Best of Brazilian Photojournalism, 2012 and 2014.
What motivates me at FRANSCHA is how we can be ourselves in a fully collaborative environment. Since the first day, I felt welcomed by the team and excited to contribute even more to our goals. Hey future, here we are!
